Dear Patients,
If you run into trouble finding a lab or handout, click on the Documents/Lab section even if it does not have an exclamation point by it.
Please routinely check the Invoice icon as it often will have a statement in it, but not show the exclamation point either. To see the the details of a bill, click on the Invoice icon, then click on VIEW STATEMENT if nothing shows in the INVOICE one.
There seems to be a glitch somewhere in the system so that certain icons are not getting flagged when they should to alert you, the patient, to open them. Click on the one you want to see if you have something waiting for you even when not marked.
If you still have challenges, please send a secure message detailing where you need guidance. Or, if that is not working, send an email to DrMViscardi@gmail.com.
To reduce the chances of Dr Viscardi missing an email as well as to maintain your information confidential, please switch over to using the portal for all messages. This will ping my email to let me know a patient has sent a secure message in the portal. This is NOT for emergencies.
If you have a true emergency, call 911. If you are unsure if you should go to the ER, follow your PCP's and or specialist's protocol, or if related to our care, please call me on my cell: 512-296-8591, if it is after 11pm, as I leave my ringer on, but turn off all notificiations at night. During the day, a text, followed by a call is OK. Text or call x 3 if I don't respond right away if you have a significant urgent problem.
